Hi, I’m Jodie, and I set up Jodie Coles Cakes after developing my baking and cake decorating skills over the years making personalised cakes for my family’s birthdays and celebrations.

Growing up, I remember my Mum making amazing birthday cakes for me, in particular a pink and white princess castle for my 6th birthday which was spectacular, and it has stuck as a family tradition now I have my own children.

Every year my children challenge me to make a themed cake for their birthdays, and I try to deliver something that will surprise and delight them. This has led me to doing it professionally, and to create cakes to meet all kinds of design briefs, themes and for all occasions.
